Oh boy, the new found entertainment for the boys....my shoes! We don't understand the fascination with it, but it is a new thing in the last week to sneak into our closet, make the biggest mess possible and try on ALL the shoes.
Kash is the ring leader of this new venture, Wyatt goes along with it. All the shoes will soon be packed up- hopefully long enough to cure them of this trend!

Here they are again, lovely shoes....JR is actually off camera in the tub, poor guy can't take a bath in privacy!

This is the Cummings' elaborate home theater.....the garage! Ever since we moved to Idaho, one of Wyatt's favorite places to hang out is the garage. Now
Kash is old enough to join him. They love to have a "meal and a movie" as they eat lunch and watch
Caillou or
Zaboomafoo.....I know the moms of young kids know what those are!

Here's a view of the big screen, ha ha! This little
tv has been around for years and found its way to the garage...it has a built in VCR, perfect for the Blue's Clue's movie or Train Adventures. I rig the kitchen door open with the dog leash....hey we make do with whatever we have and it works! I can be inside and hear whats going on in the garage. Keep in mind, the big garage door stays down, so they can't wander around the neighborhood. This theater and dining area has been GREAT for mommy!
Aaagh, a sweet, quiet moment with the boys-we had to catch it on camera. Wyatt had a paint with water book that he nicely shared with
Kash. This kept them both entertained for a little while. There was no yelling, complaining ,whining, or grabbing of each others' toys during this time. They talked (well, Wyatt talked,
Kash pretended to listen!), laughed, and raced each other to see who could finish their picture first! Notice the blue sports bottles......a $.50 find at
Walmart with the deal that mommy would get them, but they are for water ONLY! The boys think the bottles are cool, and mommy has now gotten them to drink more water......hurray for me!
No picture for this story, but have to share.....the boys' new outdoor entertainment is catching bugs.....even the ones that mommy and daddy have warned them bite and sting. Today, they attempted to catch bees (despite several warnings) WITH THEIR BARE HANDS! Amazingly, Wyatt caught one, and, no surprise, he got stung! You would have thought the house was on fire! He screamed and cried and carried on. Of course, I had to throw in the ol' "guess you won't be catching bees anymore" line and put a band aid on his finger. He simply added that he didn't know it would hurt him because the first two he caught didn't sting him!
